Our Process

Working with our clients will typically follow a Five-Step Process:

Initial Phone Contact

A staff member will review your property with you to determine the scope of your investment and the study parameters.  We will tell you what collateral materials we require from you to perform our study, and give you a quote for our study and subsequent report.  If you decide to move forward, we will set a time for a complete consultation appointment and forward an engagement contract with our firm to complete the report.

Collect Materials

Prior to the consultation appointment, you will forward via drop-box or other means, the collateral materials that we discussed in our initial phone contact.

Consultation Appointment

During the consultation we will discuss any questions we have for you regarding the materials you sent us, and any other questions we may have about your property. Depending on the overall scope of your property this call can take up to two hours.

4

Finalization Call

Once the report is completed, we will forward a copy to you and go through the results of our comprehensive study, to answer any questions you may have.

5

Ongoing Support

The last step is the satisfaction we get from knowing that another valued client is saving tens of thousands of hard-earned taxable income.  We remain available to assist our clients with any questions they may have, following the completion of the study.
